Ask our Athletic Director. I do believe he has an office in the adminstration wing in the High School. I do believe it would be his job to have it posted.

I am torn between who to root for: I attended Bethpage (long time ago) and I live in Plainedge. I'll be wearing red on Saturday but when you go to Bethpage, I think they brainwash you into alway rooting for Bethpage football. It should be a good game. BTW: I am sure our Athletic Director would have it posted if he knew that the team was playing. I wouldn't be surprised if he was not aware of it! How is he supposed to know when he only works part time. I said it last year - someone should be watching him closely. I believe he arrives late and leaves early. In the middle school - I have never seen him at any of my kid's games. Go Plainedge! I hope we beat Bethpage (but can it be a close game?)

Interesting, there is no email address for our Athletic Director listed on the Plainedge website. There is however a phone number. I will be glad to post his response once I speak with him. GO DEVILS!!!!!!!!!!(I guess he is not aware what a big deal this is for our team, maybe he doesnt read Newsday!!!)

Hey Phoenix, What does that mean - because I went to Bethpage, I don't have the right to question some of the motives of "some" of the active people? I thought I made it clear. From my experience in some of the junior leagues and clubs, I sometimes question why some people get involved. For some, it's more ego that for the kids. If you cannot see that, you are wearing blinders. I had a great time growing up in Bethpage. In fact, where I live now is not that far from the Bethpage School district boundary. I like living in Plainedge. I don't like the taxes but the community is great. To infer that there is something wrong with the Bethpage community, is really resentful. These same people helped us raise money for the sports several years ago. Or did you forget that? It really was an insult - the fact that you still cannot get over my questioning motives, makes me wonder if maybe my comments hit you a bit hard - wonder why that is - any ego problems?

By the way - good luck trying to get Mr. Labell to respond to your e-mail or phone call. I'll bet any amount he does not answer you. I have e-mailed him and never got a response. I've tried calling and all i get is his secretary. Good luck

I've tried calling and all i get is his secretary. Good luck Perhaps I'm a little ignorant with this but why in blue hell would he need (or are we paying for him to have) a secretary? Is his job that overwhelming with paperwork and scheduling that he needs a secretary? Please, someone enlighten me I though we were always told that there isn't any "fat" in the administrative portion of the budget to cut. I think the proverbial knife needs little sharpening. I see some excess.

Go - Everyone should be questioning that fact re the AD. There is a board meeting next Thursday and an email to the board and the administration would do wonders. Here is another one for you he received tenure last year!?!?!?
