Fellow Residents of Plainedge,
I want to take a moment to thank all that supported and voted for me. As you can tell by the final numbers, every vote counted.
For those that did not vote for me, rest assured, you will not be disappointed with the outcome. I will continue to work hard and do whatever it takes to ensure that the children and taxpayers of Plainedge are fairly represented and that our voices are heard.
I would also like to give a special thanks to the Vote Yes Committee, PTRA leaders and all of the residents that took the time to get involved and vote. Plainedge has truly become a model district for others to follow and I am proud to serve you ALL.
With the budget vote and elections done, it is now time to get to work. As I have stated in the past, if ANYONE has a concern or question, my door is ALWAYS open.
THANK YOU AGAIN PLAINEDGE !!!!
Sincerely, Frank Presuto

Frank,
Congratulations on the victory. I believe you, Maryanne and Alan are in tune with the district and I look forward to some lively debates at the BOE meetings.
I hope that the 3 of you will encourage the BOE to become more community focused and meet with us outside the official BOE meetings. There is much passion and some very good ideas out there and we need to work as a team.
Over the past year and especially the past few months many residents have become involved and I believe are ready to continue to make Plainedge better.
As I have stated before, the children have taken hits over the past 2 years with cuts, the residents this year approved a double digit budget in good faith of the BOE working on reducing costs going forward.
I am, and I am sure the community is ready to further the relationship with the BOE.
Again, congratulations!
